Needing some expert advice to improve your performance, help you prepare for a competition or a physical exam, or just looking for company in your running sessions? We also have a low cost solution for residents, serial tourists or long-term visitors in Paris, whatever their level: beginner, intermediate or advanced.

We put at your disposal our experience of over 15 years of running competitions in several countries to help you achieve your running goals. We think it is easier to begin and to persist in a sport when you are immersed in a friendly and supportive atmosphere of a company or a group. In addition to the extra motivation, your performance will improve since you will be never fixed to a single training routine.

In this formula, the initial contact is essential for us to know your level and your goals and then develop sessions adapted to your needs. Circuits will change according to our running schedule: speed, fartlek, endurance or recovery. You will possibly make one or more of our RunRun tours offered on our website at a reduced cost up to one hour long.  We bet you will visit places in Paris you barely know or where you have never been. What a chance!

Price: 5,20 € per person (taxes included) for 1 hour training. Payment is due wether online directly in our website (even if you do not have a PayPal account) or in cash before the run.
